What our customers say:

“There was a gaping hole of need in the forest and you have filled it. I gladly donate things I would have sold previously because I am happy it’s a fair and transparent charity that helps at every level.”

“Upcycle is a fantastic resource. I use the refill service regularly. Very friendly staff and volunteers…and I like to find a bargain or two!”

“I think Upcycle is absolutely brilliant and I tell people about all the time. I hope it continues to grow and be successful for many years to come. The future for everyone lies in using organisations like this. Well done!”

“I love going to Upcycle. Always something different and when I’m looking for something specific they usually have it -,or someone will help find. Friendly and good atmosphere.”

We sell furniture and electrical goods at low prices, and at the same time, employ vulnerable and disabled people.  We can collect furniture from the Forest of Dean, Chepstow, Monmouth and Caldicot areas.  Collections are free of charge.

Proceeds made from the sales of furniture are used to keep the project going and to provide opportunities for our staff and volunteers.
